I just called Edwin, Mom's charge nurse today, and he said Mom is doing better today! He said he was actually surprised this morning when Mom was able to swallow about a cup of Ensure beverage! He said first he cleaned her mouth and swabbed it with the Nystatin medicine, then he offered her the beverage and she was able to drink from the side of the glass. He repeated how surprised he was, and he sounded really happy. Thank the Lord!
